Which courier company does Mumsy Natural use for shipments?
For deliveries within the borders of Turkey, all orders are shipped exclusively via Aras Kargo. Standard domestic shipments are subject to a shipping fee of 100 TRY, which is invoiced accordingly. For bulk purchases or wholesale orders, the shipping cost may vary depending on the destination city, total volumetric weight (desi), selected courier company, and any applicable promotions or campaigns.
Does Mumsy Natural offer international shipping?
At this time, international shipping is not available via our website. For customers located outside of Turkey, orders must be placed through our official Mumsy Natural store on Amazon USA, which supports international delivery. We recommend visiting Amazon for global shipping options, pricing, and availability.
When will my order be delivered by the courier company?
Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch and handed over to the courier. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the following business day and dispatched within 1 business day at the latest.
Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the delivery address and the operational timelines of the courier company. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided via email, the WhatsApp notification sent to your mobile phone, or by logging into your account on our website.
What happens if I am not available at the delivery address?
The courier company makes one delivery attempt to the specified address. Aras Kargo branches typically attempt delivery in the early hours of the day. If no one is available to receive the package, the shipment will be marked as "awaiting pickup at branch" in the courier’s tracking system. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status and ensure pickup.
Undelivered packages will be held at the courier branch for 2 days. If not collected within this period, the order will be returned to Mumsy Natural. In such cases, once the returned package is received by us, a refund will be issued within 1 business day, after deducting the shipping fee. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank or card account depends on your bank's processing time.
Can I collect my package from the courier branch?
Yes. If you request branch pickup at the time of placing your order by adding a relevant note, the shipment will be prepared for branch collection. In such cases, you must contact the specific courier branch to coordinate pickup. If the package is not collected and is returned to us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
