Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our company prioritizes consumer rights and aims to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction after purchase. Any dissatisfaction or issue related to the purchased products, whether due to manufacturing or service-related reasons, is carefully assessed and resolved as promptly as possible. 

To ensure efficient and effective handling of product returns, please refer to the conditions listed below. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the return request being rejected. 

You may return a product purchased from Mumsy Natural within 14 days from the date of receipt by contacting Mumsy Natural and using the return code provided by us through our contracted courier service, Aras Kargo, under the applicable return conditions*. 

If your order qualified for free shipping but is either returned or not accepted upon delivery, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. 

If the product does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to your address. 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

To be eligible for return within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged inner wrapping. 
  • Security seals or tamper-evident labels must remain intact and unopened. 
  • The original invoice and all included accessories must be returned. 
  • If a promotional or complimentary product was included, it must also be returned in full and undamaged. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. 
  • Mumsy Natural reserves the right to reject returns if products are damaged due to inadequate packaging. 
  • Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. 

 

By submitting a return, you accept that returns not meeting these requirements will not be processed. 

Products not eligible for the right of withdrawal: 

  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned. 
  • Products that are customized or prepared specifically to the consumer’s specifications or personal needs. 
  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life. 

Products with conditional withdrawal rights: 
For the following products, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product has not been opened, used, or damaged, and its packaging remains intact: 

  • Cosmetic products that, once unsealed (e.g., packaging, tape, seal), cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING 

Returned products will only be accepted if shipped via our contracted courier service using the designated return code provided by our company. Returns sent via other courier services will not be accepted, and any related costs will not be reimbursed. 

General Return Conditions: 

  • Returns must include the original box or packaging. Security seals and packaging must be intact and unopened. 
  • Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged (e.g., if shipping labels or tape are applied directly to the original box), or if the product is no longer in resaleable condition. 
  • The original delivery note (all copies) and a written explanation of the reason for return must be included. 
  • If the returned product is defective or faulty, return shipping costs will be covered by our company. In such cases, you must notify the courier service that the return is being made using our contracted courier account. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Partial Returns of Discounted Orders: 
If a discount was applied to an order due to a minimum quantity or value requirement, and a partial return causes the order to fall below the qualifying threshold, the refund will be adjusted based on the full (non-discounted) price of the returned items. 

Returns Involving Gift Items: 
Gift items received with a purchase cannot be returned separately. A return involving a gift item can only be processed if the main product is returned at the same time. Therefore, both the main product and the gift must be returned together, and return requests for both must be initiated before shipment. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Customers may cancel orders that were placed in error or that they no longer wish to receive. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to wecare@mumsynatural.com. Delayed cancellation requests may result in the product being dispatched. If the cancellation is processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. If the product has already been shipped, applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
